Yaron Shidlo

Adv. Yaron Shidlo has 20 years of experience in senior management positions at the Israel Tax Authority, during which he managed the International Taxation Unit and served as an assessment official for international taxation matters. Adv. Shidlo led the drafting of the tax reform that came into effect in 2003 and serves until today as senior consultant on all matters related to international taxation and real estate taxation, in the fields of both law and accountancy.

His professional experience includes serving in a range of senior positions at the Israel Tax Authority including Supervisor at the Tax Assessor’s Office for Large Enterprises, executive positions in the Professional Department and Legal Department, and Manager of the International Taxation Unit.

After leaving the Israel Tax Authority, he served as Partner and Manager of the Tax Department and Legal Department at KPMG Somekh Haikin accountancy firm specializing in international taxation and resolving complex tax issues.
